Paypal is a secure and encrypted payment provider and your privacy is protected by Paypals SSL technology.

It is NOT necessary to have an account with Paypal to pay via these methods, however you do have the option to register for a account which is free of charge if you wish to do so.

I also accept Money Orders, Cheques and Direct Deposit for Australian buyers ONLY. Please be aware that if paying via these methods that payments must be cleared in my account before merchandise will be shipped, usually 3 days for Direct Deposit and 5-7 days for Cheques.

When you add product to your cart, you will be taken to checkout, there you will select your preferred payment method from a list, you will then either be taken to the make payment page where you will proceed with payment or if your preferred method is Direct Deposit, Money Order or Cheque, you will recieve your invoice via email instantly which will include details you will need to make your payment.

All shipping is via Australia Post, shipping is calculated by item weight and will be shown in your cart once you have added an item/s and selected your country from the drop down list, click the add delivery button and it will calculate your item/s weight with your country and add the shipping price to your invoice where you can then procede to checkout.

It is very important to me that you are happy and 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 48 hours of reciept of purchase if there is a fault with the product.

Non personalised and/or custom products must me returned within 14 days of reciept as long as the the item has not been used at all, all original tags must still be attatched and in original packaging. Stitched Expressions reserves the right to return to the customer if there is any visible usage.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If returning a product you will recieve an exchange or a full refund of the product price Less the original shipping cost.

 

Since these items are made specifically to your requirements they are Non- Returnable and Non-Refundable.
